Vroom Funderingstechnieken is providing three types of piling systems in various phases for this project: driven steel casing piles, DPA screw piles and precast driven piles. These systems support the 90 apartments and 14 recreational houseboats, while also providing a sturdy quay for mooring boats.

The former Laamens marina is being transformed into a prestigious residential development comprising 90 luxury apartments distributed across 8 residential blocks. These spacious homes range from 49 to 357 square meters and boast generous outdoor areas overlooking the marina or Alkmaardermeer lake.
