This is what our clients say

We continuously measure the satisfaction of our customers. We do this through a weekly survey that is sent to clients and site managers whose project was recently completed by us. We ask them to rate us with a grade on the following aspects:

  • How do you rate us overall?
  • How did you experience the calculation and quotation phase?
  • How did you experience the preparation phase?
  • How did you experience the execution phase?
  • How did you experience the handover phase?
  • How did you experience the communication with our employees?
  • What do you think of our price/quality ratio?

Subsequently, we offer the respondent the opportunity to explain the given ratings. The ratings and answers to the open questions give us a lot of insight into how we perform in the various areas, supported by criticism, areas for improvement and, regularly, also great compliments. We are pleased to share this feedback with you. Open and transparent.

Quotes

Bas Groen, Ooms Bouw B.V.
”The work was challenging in terms of accessibility and applicability of the piling system. From the calculation phase onwards, matters were already aligned, which were further fine-tuned between preparation and execution. This worked very well, with good mutual cooperation, short lines of communication and ultimately a good result with 108 usable DPA piles. Pleasant cooperation with the project managers of Vroom and ultimately also the execution crew.”

Ruud Kerver, Van Wijnen Breda B.V.
”The project was approached from a relationship perspective and even in difficult situations and discussions we acted as partners, with attention to each other’s interests and always solution-oriented. This applies from preparation through to execution.”

Bart Meppelder, Giesbers-Rotterdam Bouw B.V.
”Preliminary phase was difficult, execution excellent, except for the pile misalignments (but these stem from the execution process: details not properly reviewed, pile misalignments do not fit the overall plan. We expect more advice at the front end.”

Olaf Walhout, Peters Bouw en Onderhoud B.V.
”Clear and transparent agreements made in advance, nothing is left to chance and as a result the execution process runs very smoothly.”
