This is what our clients think

Since 2019, we have been systematically and continuously measuring our clients’ satisfaction. We do this through a weekly survey sent to all clients whose projects have recently been completed.

We ask respondents to rate us on the following aspects:

  • How would you rate us in general?
  • How did you experience the calculation and quotation phase?
  • How did you experience the preparation phase?
  • How did you experience the execution phase?
  • How did you experience the delivery phase?
  • How did you experience communication with our employees?
  • What is your opinion of our price/quality ratio?

Next, we provide respondents with the opportunity to elaborate on their given ratings. The scores and responses to open questions give us valuable insights into how we perform in different areas, supported by constructive criticism, areas for improvement, and often wonderful compliments. We are happy to share the feedback with you; openly and transparently.

Quotes

Gert Radder, Bam
“Regarding execution, I had a pleasant collaboration with Dik Reijnders. Both sides were attentive and cooperative, resulting in a good end result.”

Koen Horden, Hercuton
“Good cooperation from start to finish.”

W. de Haan, CCP
“Everything went satisfactorily. The planning of work commencement remains an issue.”

Mathieu van Boxtel, H4A Windenergie BV
“Various pile mismatches.”

Heimen Droog, Albeton
“Excellent on-site guidance within the agreed time frame. Practical approach.”

Wim Vanwersch, Jongen
“Great work on a challenging project with varying levels, where our earthwork contractor was also performing groundworks. Including centering rods. In short, well done by the guys on-site.”

Arjan Louwerse, H4A Windenergie
“It was a project that was almost deemed impossible. That’s why Vroom was on board.”

Hessel Stoel, Tervoort
“The preparation phase for Ringers went well. Good input from both parties. We should have been clearer with the structural engineer about potential pile deviations. The execution phase was more challenging. The forecasted pile count was far from achieved in the initial phase. Communication during this phase was strained. Due to breakdowns, team holidays, and a later start than desired by the contractor, one of the construction sections (A3) was completed two weeks later than expected. Resolving issues, however, went very well with open communication and swift problem-solving. The delivered product is good. Communication with the machine operators was also good. Team cooperation was excellent. An area for improvement is clearly explaining how the forecast is structured: the startup is slower, and we expect to reach full speed after a few weeks. Holidays and machine breakdowns should also be factored in.”

“Just good, clear agreements and good information.”

Robert Mantel, RingersKwartierBouw
“Communication with the teams was good, but communication with supervisors was less so. Overall satisfactory, especially as the delivery phase was much better. Expectations on both sides should be better and more clearly articulated.”

Pile class factors DPA-PLUS definitively established

Following the earlier publication on the pile class factors of the DPA-PLUS screw pile, it remained quiet for a month and a half. This was not only due to the Christmas recess, but also because the draft Self-Declaration and the accompanying expert report were subjected to particularly thorough scrutiny. Today […]
