Vroom present at Power Valley 2024

Vroom Funderingstechnieken was present at the annual tractor pulling event Power Valley in Oudkarspel on Saturday, May 18, 2024. Vroom and tractor pulling: a perfect match of strength, innovation, sustainability, and team spirit. Where brute force and technical finesse come together.

The Power of Innovation

Tractor pulling is about brute force combined with advanced technology, just like our foundation machines and drilling rigs. We strive to deliver the best performance through innovation. Teams, much like in Formula 1, try to get as much horsepower as possible from a drop of fuel. In this extreme sport, creative teams explore uncharted paths. This is where true innovative power lies: solutions developed here find their way into applications beyond tractor pulling.

Sustainability: a common goal

Like tractor pulling, Vroom focuses on more efficient and sustainable techniques. Our latest machines reduce emissions and optimize fuel consumption. During the event, we showcased our ongoing efforts to improve performance and sustainability. We often hear that this isn’t such an environmentally friendly sport, mainly because of the large plumes of smoke. But appearances can be deceiving in this sport, according to its practitioners. That huge plume of smoke largely contains water vapor, which is injected directly into the cylinders to enhance performance. Additionally, very clean high-performance diesel is used, which is much cleaner than regular diesel from the pump.

Team spirit and collaboration

Success in tractor pulling comes from a close-knit team, just like at Vroom. Our passionate professionals work closely together to achieve the best results. This strong team spirit was a key message during the event.

Recruiting new talent

Power Valley provided us with the perfect opportunity to meet potential talent who share the same passion for strength and innovation. Visitors were informed about the opportunities at Vroom and how they can contribute to impressive projects within a close-knit and positive work environment.

Participation in Power Valley highlighted how the principles of tractor pulling are also reflected in our core values. We expect that more skilled technology enthusiasts will join our team to build an innovative and sustainable future together.
