Amsterdam Logistic Cityhub has a very spacious, two-level distribution hall, a mezzanine floor, high-quality offices and ADR-storage (for hazardous substances). It also has room for 1680 covered parking spaces, 200 loading bays and a private dock.

The foundation work is being carried out by Vroom Funderingstechnieken, in partnership with Voorbij Funderingstechniek: the red (of Vroom) and green working together at the imposing construction site close to the Hempont. The foundations companies are each represented on site with three piling rigs, so that they can meet the required production capacity and planning schedule.
