The realisation of De Dwingel in De Goorn required a specialist and precisely coordinated foundation approach. Due to the weak subsoil, piling from the existing ground level was not possible, necessitating the installation of a granular fill layer first. This provides a stable and safe working platform from which the piles could be installed in a controlled manner and with high precision.
Vroom Funderingstechnieken carried out the complete piling works and ensured optimal coordination between engineering, execution and equipment. At the same time, subsidiary Beton- en Vlechtbedrijf Hadek realised the entire in-situ cast concrete foundation, including reinforcement and concrete works. The presence of a split-level foundation imposed high demands on dimensional accuracy, phasing and collaboration during execution.
Henselmans Bouw & Ontwikkeling is responsible as the main contractor for the realisation of the entire construction project. As both the piling works and the foundation works are fully executed within the Vroom group, Henselmans benefits from one clear, efficient and technically integrated total package. The close collaboration between Vroom, Hadek and Henselmans ensures short communication lines and smooth progress on site. This project demonstrates how specialist foundation engineering, concrete expertise and practical execution come together in one integrated and high-quality solution.
