We realize the capacity by applying almost 270 vibro combo piles. These are vibro piles with a prefab element in the cores. The prefab elements will be used to attach the floor of the parking basement to. The piles measure 26 m with a 559 mm diameter.
The hotel
The hotel will be built alongside the A2 and is accessible via the adjacent subway station and its own quay on Duivendrechtsevaart. On the third floor, a bar with wellness and fitness facilities plus a swimming pool will be built. This is also the point where the hotel rooms can be found until the upper layer of the high building.
