In the southernmost seaside town of The Netherlands, we are constructing the foundations for apartments, penthouses, houses, and commercial spaces.

‘C-Sight’ is being developed adjacent to an existing building. To minimize the impact on the surrounding area during construction, we are employing HEK-combi screw piles. These piles produce minimal or no vibrations and/or noise during installation, even when they extend as deep as 24 meters, as in this project.

At Vroom Funderingstechnieken, we take pride in offering a range of pile systems that meet these specific requirements. This approach enables us to play a vital role in reducing disruption to the local community during the development of significant projects like C-Sight.
