This project forms part of the transformation of the former Beukenhorst-West office park into an urban residential neighbourhood called Hyde Park. The project is sustainable, has restricted access for traffic and has all mod cons. The wide boulevards, spacious courtyards and rooftop terraces make this into an alluring hyper-modern urban area.
Hyde Park development: 3800 apartments

Imposing new-build residential construction is emerging in Hoofddorp, at the junction of Kruisweg and Planetenweg. This site will accommodate 3800 apartments, studios and underground car parks.
Imposing pile lengths
We can be seen here making the foundations for blocks 7,8 & 9 with Vibro-combi piles. The relative ease with which vibro-piles can be positioned is combined with the ease of insertion of the prestressed pre-cast concrete section forming the core. The longest such sections measure 32.50 metres, which means that the tube digs 36 metres into the ground.

In order to reduce disruption from noise even more, we also use a noise-reducing jacket
