For GOLDBECK, Vroom Funderingstechnieken is implementing vibro-SD piles for the construction of a hypermodern distribution centre in Almere. This project demonstrates our commitment to custom solutions and efficient collaboration.

At the Stichtsekant business park in Almere, we have started the production of vibro-SD piles, destined for the foundations of a new distribution centre. To fully meet the strict deadlines of our client, we have decided to work in phases and deploy two of our specialized foundation machines. This methodology demonstrates our flexibility and our proactive attitude in consulting with our client for the most optimal throughput times.

Thorough and timely preparation has been carried out, and the logistical route has been carefully discussed with the foreman. Regular phone contact and weekly meetings on site are essential to monitor the progress and quality control of the 100% measurement of the piles.

Warehouse figures

The new distribution centre, covering a total area of over 23,000 m², includes a spacious warehouse of 19,600 m², office spaces of approximately 2,100 m², and a self-supporting floor of nearly 1,600 m².
The centre is equipped with 22 loading docks, 5 overhead doors, and provides 251 parking spaces.

Built to the BREEAM Very Good standard, the building is completely gas-free and meets its energy needs with solar panels on the roof.
