The NDSM site is a former part of the Port of Amsterdam with large-scale shipyards. The visible industrial heritage this has left behind can be seen in the great boat sheds and docks. In the middle of these characterful brick giants we are laying the foundations for NoordDok, a development with three adjoining apartment blocks with 310 apartments.

NoordDok is not the only new-build project for which Vroom is installing piles. On the other side of the street we have also installed the piles for the Pontkade development, with a further 252 apartments. Foundations have also been laid for several other projects for student accommodation.
