Solid foundation with minimal disturbance in a busy residential area

40 ground-floor and upper-level apartments255 piles

In the bustling Bloemenbuurt of Purmerend, Vroom Funderingstechnieken is laying the foundation for 40 new homes with minimal disturbance. Our low-vibration system and efficient planning ensure smooth execution.

To establish the foundation for these 40 homes, we are applying our DPA screw pile system, which is both displacement and low-vibration. This system is highly suitable for built-up residential areas, where nearby buildings may be sensitive to settlement and vibrations. With this system, we prevent damage to adjacent properties and minimize noise pollution—a significant advantage over traditional driven piles. By closely collaborating with our client and carefully planning our transports, we ensure that disruption to local residents remains minimal, despite the challenges of limited space and heavy traffic.
