At the IJdoorn project, Vroom Funderingstechnieken not only deploys advanced foundation machinery like the electric Hillcon HSCX 1500GLS-E but also employs sustainable and innovative techniques. A key example is the applied displacement foundation system with a prefabricated pile core and low-vibration screw technique. This system protects surrounding buildings from potential settlement-related damage and minimizes the impact on the environment.
The screw point and prefabricated element remain in the ground. Only a carefully measured amount of structural grout is used to connect the ground with the prefabricated element. As the system is screwed to depth without grout injection, the construction site remains clean and orderly. Furthermore, the system provides a more sustainable option compared to other screw piles, thanks to lower emissions. All delivered products are fully utilized on-site, keeping waste materials to a minimum. This innovative approach and close collaboration with the client optimize the available space, streamline the project, and reduce inconvenience for the surroundings.
