More than 1,000 people have actively thought along for a period of one an a half year in order to decide what the DNA, the outdoor space’s structure, the lay-out of the homes and the building’s design will look like. Ultimately, 402 rental homes will be built that will be occupied by a variety of people with all kinds of ages and backgrounds and varying housing demands. This leads to a variety of homes: apartments, lofts, student homes and homes with additional space for hobbies or work. In addition, for the mildly mentally handicapped, studios will be built for assisted living.

For the unique SPACE-S housing concept and under the authority of Stam + De Koning, we are currently working full-speed on producing 700 CFA piles using two foundation rigs.
