At KBF Dock Amsterdam, we are installing 321 HEK combination screw piles with grout injection. Thanks to thorough preparation, smart logistics and close cooperation with our partners, we are delivering a vibration-free, low-noise foundation for this ambitious area in transformation.

For this project, we are producing 321 HEK combination screw piles with grout injection. These piles are fitted with precast concrete elements that are installed at depth from working level. The system is soil-displacing, which means virtually no drilling spoil is generated. Due to the vibration-free and low-noise installation method, disruption to the surroundings is minimal. Grout residues are responsibly removed and recycled by Methorst, enabling us to work efficiently and sustainably.

New chapter on the former Kauwgomballenfabriek site

KBF Dock is rising on the former Kauwgomballenfabriek site in Amsterdam. This area is transforming into a modern mix of living, working and amenities. The project includes 162 apartments divided over two towers, including affordable owner-occupied homes, private sector homes and rental properties. In addition, commercial spaces and a two-level underground parking garage will be realised. A strong boost for the new Kauwgomballenkwartier.
