The Dialogue offers high-quality residential space and care facilities in the redeveloped Werkstad OverAmstel. With 430 apartments, a care center, and commercial spaces, this project is a centrally located, modern living environment close to major transport hubs.

For this project, Vroom used HEK-combi screw piles, equipped with prefabricated concrete elements placed below ground level. Working on this compact inner-city construction site required careful planning and collaboration with the contractor. Our client requested that one foundation machine continue to operate during the summer holidays. To achieve this, we ensured that all prefab elements were delivered in advance, allowing the work to continue uninterrupted, even during the construction holiday.

Iconic residential development with diversity and a green heart in the city

Dialogue comprises two impressive residential towers of 50 and 70 meters, connected by an intermediate structure up to 35 meters. The project offers a variety of housing options: social rental apartments, mid-range rental units, and privately owned apartments. In addition, there is a care center with 42 rooms for people with dementia, including a care couple’s home. An underground parking garage and a commercial plinth with hospitality and office spaces complete the development.
