Strong foundation for the redevelopment of the Bloemenbuurt district

For the construction of 28 new apartments in Bloemenbuurt, Enkhuizen, the Vroom Group carried out the foundation works, providing the foundation for this neighbourhood redevelopment.

For this project, the Vroom Group was responsible for the entire foundation package. Vroom carried out the piling works, including pile trimming and site clearance. Hadek then constructed the cast-in-situ foundation, including the precast elevator pit, after which Vroom installed the precast lay-down areas.

Thanks to this integrated approach within a single group of companies, all activities were seamlessly coordinated, resulting in efficient execution and project planning.

Neighbourhood Redevelopment in Bloemenbuurt

A large-scale neighbourhood redevelopment project is underway in the Bloemenbuurt district of Enkhuizen, where a total of 122 new homes are being built. The renewed neighbourhood will include apartments, duplex apartments, and single-family homes, with a strong focus on sustainability, quality of life, and a green living environment. The complete redevelopment is expected to be finished by 2028.
