Next to the Gaasperdammer Tunnel in the Amsterdam Zuidoost district a project is being developed that covers 45 apartments and 24 detached houses. Vroom is creating the foundations for these properties.

The use of DPA screw piles and pre-cast foundation beams offers substantial benefits in terms of efficiency and time-saving. This innovative building method allows the foundations to be put in place quickly and accurately, which results in a considerably shorter building time. This is essential at a time in which there is a serious housing crisis and there is demand for more rapidly available and affordable accommodation. Thanks to the expertise of Vroom Betonbouw and the partnership with Ekowood Bouw, construction can progress quickly and efficiently, without any concessions to the quality of the end product.

Focus on efficiency, sustainability and clear communication

The successful partnership between Ekowood Bouw and Vroom Betonbouw is partly thanks to the clear and solutions-driven communication. Both parties appreciate the importance of an open dialogue and transparent decision-making. Any challenges and obstacles are discussed jointly and we then actively seek solutions. Taking Vroom’s promise seriously - to make the product safely, to high quality standards in a pleasant atmosphere - creates a positive and productive working environment. The synergy between Ekowood Bouw and Vroom Betonbouw results in seamless collaboration and a product of which both parties can be proud.

With a focus on efficiency, sustainability and clear communication, both Ekowood Bouw and Vroom Betonbouw have fashioned a successful partnership for the construction of houses and apartments in the Gooise Kant development. Thanks to the use of DPA screw piles and pre-cast foundation beams it was possible to build rapidly and cost-effectively, while using sustainable materials to minimise the environmental impact. This synergistic collaboration demonstrates that it is possible to build efficiently, without making concessions to quality and sustainability.
