Parklinde development: park villas

26 dwellings240 piles

We made boreholes and filled them with concrete screw piles for the foundations of 26 dwellings in Heiloo. The dimensions (the process of setting out and dimensioning of the piles) was carried out by Vroom Meetdienst.

Concrete screw piles were developed for projects on sandy ground and can also be used in other, specific ground conditions. This pile system does not displace soil, and the piles can be produced relatively quickly.

You can find more information on this pile system here

Vroom Meetdienst offers three options:

  • Dimensioning in combination with pile driving
  • Dimensioning in combination with pre-cast foundations* Dimensioning in combination with pile driving and pre-cast foundations

Parklinde brings allure to Zuiderloo

The Parklinde development is being built to the west of the new Zuiderloo area and is crossed by the Liguster, in the direction of the Vennewatersweg. The development has 36 dwellings in total, and there are five different types:

* 6 park villas
* 6 ‘triplex’ (3 residential units in one building) dwellings
* 4 farmhouse-style dwellings
* 10 ‘verandah’ dwellings
* 10 ‘smart’ dwellings
Luxury and sustainability is a great combination. That is evident from the climate-control system in Parklinde. All of the park villas are fitted with floor heating and cooling. The modern, quiet heat pump keeps the indoor temperature comfortable on cold days and cooled to perfection on hot days. But sustainable living in Parklinde goes further than that. PV solar panels are fitted to the dwellings so that each one can meet part of its own energy demand. In addition, the gutters and rain pipes are connected to individual infiltration systems so that the sewerage is not overburdened. The exterior wall, floor and roof insulation applied, coupled with energy-saving installations mean that the park villas as built meet the requirements for the status of ‘almost energy-neutral buildings (BENG).

Zuiderloo is a new residential area in development to the south of Heiloo. This neighbourhood is situated in an area adjacent to the Kennemerstraatweg, between the Zevenhuizerlaan and the Vennewatersweg. Zuiderloo is a spaciously-conceived new-build development with a varied streetscape. When completed, Zuiderloo will have around 650 new dwellings.
