Temporary housing

After years of preparation, the construction of holiday park Enkhuizer Strand has begun. The first holiday homes are expected to be ready for use in October.

For the construction of the 'De Tramhalte' complex located at Piet Ottstraat in Schagen, 44 modern apartments are being developed.

For the foundations of a sheltered-accommodation facility on the Callistolaan in Heerhugowaard we made BV 54 DPA screw piles on behalf of Kimsma Bouwbedrijf. The advantage of this pile system is that it is a low-vibration, low-noise pile system, which means less disruption for the surrounding area.

On behalf of Bot Bouw BV we have installed 331 DPA-PLUS drilled piles at the site on the Donkerelaan in Bloemendaal for the Wildhoef sheltered-housing complex.

The NDSM site is a former part of the Port of Amsterdam with large-scale shipyards. The visible industrial heritage this has left behind can be seen in the great boat sheds and docks. In the middle of these characterful brick giants we are laying the foundations for NoordDok, a development with three adjoining apartment blocks with 310 apartments.

In addition to an area for hotels and offices, the Sloterdijk station will become a residential area. Its first residents: students. Next to the elevated train track, 348 student homes will be built. Wasa Student Village gained permission from the city to build the homes here.
