For GOLDBECK, Vroom Funderingstechnieken is implementing vibro-SD piles for the construction of a hypermodern distribution centre in Almere. This project demonstrates our commitment to custom solutions and efficient collaboration.

This new-build project, next to the A6 in Almere, will soon bring 999 Games more flexibility.

We are making vibrated SD piles for the Tile Carousel in the extension at MBI Kampen.

We made vibrated SD piles for an extension to a distribution centre in Zeewolde.

We are making no fewer than 7,100 vibrated SD piles for this project. We frequently use these cast in-situ soil-displacement piles to support floors in production halls and under piled embankments. This combination of pile and floor leads to a cost-effective design, not least due to the very high speed of production.

We are making a total of over 5,700 driven recoverable steel-tube piles for Peute Recycling's new distribution centre on the Rapenburg in Alblasserdam. Four of our 'big guns’ were at work on site at the same time.

Immediately adjacent to the Kaagbaan runway at Schiphol Airport, under the strict supervision of air traffic control, we are making around 1500 piles for the vibrated-pile foundations of Cargo hall 17.

We are making over 1200 piles for the vibrated-pile foundations of a new distribution centre for DynaGroup.

In the Waalhaven in Rotterdam we are making vibrated-pile foundations for two Smartlog 6 distribution centres. This is the follow-up to the projects in which we made piles for Smartlog 4 and Smartlog 5.

In Breda, we are making vibrated SD pile-foundations for the The Bay distribution centre. This site, in the heart of industrial part of Breda, is on a plot surrounded by a lot of water.

Vroom Funderingstechnieken (Vroom Foundation Technology) is making vibrated and vibro-SD piles for the Panattoni Distribution Centre on the Vlasweg in Moerdijk.

We made 805 vibrated piles in February and March 2021 for the construction of the Campus A58 distribution centre on the former site of Philips Lighting, in Roosendaal.

The first multi-storey XXL logistics city hub in the Netherlands is coming to the Western Docks area of Amsterdam. Vroom Funderingstechnieken [Vroom Foundation Technology] is making vibrated piles for this project.

In Alblasserdam we are laying the foundations for the new Goodman distribution centre on a tributary of the Nieuwe Maas with no fewer than five machines from our arsenal.

Voor een nieuw ontwikkelde en hoogwaardig logistiek distributiecentrum gelegen aan de Ophemertstraat in Rotterdam verwerken wij ruim 2500 stuks vibropalen van het type HBF. Het distributiecentrum is strategisch gelegen in de Rotterdamse haven en in de nabijheid van de rijksweg A15 en omvat ca. 20.293 m².

In the western docks area of Amsterdam, work is being carried out in the project to build a logistics distribution centre featuring shipping bays and offices. The site lies between the Ruigoord alternative ‘artist's colony’ and the Amsterdam Golf Club.

In the Port of Rotterdam we are working on a distribution centre with surface area of 9,350 m2 of working space, a 1,230 m2 mezzanine floor and 720 m2 of office space. Tenants have already expressed interest for the whole building, so work must press ahead in earnest. A squad of 6 piling rigs is driving and drilling over 4,000 piles into the ground.

The Port of Rotterdam is constantly developing, and the individual quays need distribution centres. Smartlog is a familiar name in the port area, now we are busy at work for Smartlog number 4. With a surface area of over 14,000 m2 it is a big one, even for the Port of Rotterdam. For this project we need in excess of 2,000 piles.

More and more distribution centres are being built. Designs are becoming ever more energy neutral, and the centres themselves are more health places to work. With 28 loading points for goods vehicles, this distribution centre is one of the bigger ones, requiring 9,969 small-diameter vibrated piles (vibro-SD).

At the Borchwerf industrial estate we have installed 508 vibrated piles for a brand new distribution centre on the Oude Roosendaalsebaan in Oud Gastel. The distribution centre is being built by Aannemersbedrijf Vrolijk and covers a logistics warehouse with an area of 28,084 m², 1,085 m² of office space and a mezzanine floor with an area of 2,480 m².

On the fringes of Hoogkarspel work is progressing on the extension of the Tolpoort distribution centre. The facility, with an area of 7,000 square metres is going to be significantly extended. 434 piles have been driven into the ground below both the foundation beam and the foundation base.

Construction of the first phase of the distribution centre, 20,000 m² of an area that will ultimately cover 49,000 m², has started on a site adjacent to the A15 in Ridderkerk. The first of a planned total of 786 piles was driven into the ground on 10 October. The client is DHG, and the project is being managed by Bouwbedrijf Vrolijk.

On the building site in Zeewolde we are creating foundations using vibrated SD piles for a distribution centre for B. Schipper Vloeren and vibrated piles for Pleijsier Bouw. We used the Vroom Drone to capture aerial footage of the project, highlighting our two red heavyweights.

On behalf of Hercuton we are creating a new distribution centre for a logistics service provider, on an area measuring around 20,000 square metres on the Hoeksche Waard industrial park in Heinenoord. We are installing over 5200 displacing vibrated piles with the help of three pile drivers. The new distribution centre, with modern facilities, will be used as a bonded warehouse for goods subject to duty, and food products.

On behalf of Hercuton, we are installing 12,000 vibrated SD piles on the Kaapstadweg. In order to make all these piles, we have to make sure there is sufficient equipment on site. Hence the three pile drivers, concrete mixers, compact excavators etc. Ultimately, our foundations will be crowned with a distribution centre for Fetim.

In Berkel en Rodenrijs we are, once more, working on an extension with a footprint of 8500 square metres to the site of 4 hectares that was built last year. The extension will be built on foundations of 657 vibrated piles and the site will be large enough to accommodate growth in the near future.

Some time ago we made vibrated SD piles for Global Logistics. We have moved along one plot, and are currently busy working on vibrated piles for a new distribution centre. Kaapstadweg is slowly beginning to fill up with different distribution centres!

In Bleijswijk, we have inserted the first pile for the construction of the new distribution center for Hello Fresh. Main contractor is Pleijsier Bouw. Our constructor Pieter Timmer knows the project until the smallest details.

In Amsterdam Westpoort, Pleijsier Bouw is realizing a new distribution center measuring a surface of 20.000 m² with a 13m stockroom that will be filled using 4 loading docks.

For the expansion of an office with a company hall, laboratory and storage building, Vroom is carrying out the foundation activities. For this purpose, we have opted for 271 DPA piles measuring a total length of more than 7 km.

In the port of Rotterdam, Stolwijk-based contractor De Vries en Verburg is building a high-quality logistic campus consisting of five distribution centers. The building will have a total surface of 30,000 m2.

Right next to the Aalsmeerderbaan, start and landing strip on Schiphol Airport, the Groenenbergerterrein is situated on a perfect location for a distribution center. For the hall that will ultimately measure 30,000 m2, we will apply more than floor piles.

On the Eindhoven industrial site Acht-Noord, Vroom has applied 851 vibro piles for the foundation of a new distribution center and office for Scherpenhuizen, wholesale shop for vegetables and fruit.

For the expansion of a distribution center for food, Vroom is applying 2,000 foundation piles in Zaandam. At the climax of the execution process, 5 rigs will be used simultaneously so that the piles will be applied within 7 weeks and the following activities can begin on time.

Under the authority of Van Wijnen, we have started the production process of over 2,100 vibro piles in the Waalhaven industrial area. They will deliver the capacity for a huge distribution enter of a well-known retailer that will be established in Waalwijk.
