On Stephensonstraat in Haarlem, a modern residential and retail complex is being built with 96 energy-efficient apartments. For the foundation, vibration-free DPA screw piles were chosen, providing a stable and durable base without causing disturbance to the surroundings.

For Boon & Breg we are constructing a robust foundation using precast driven piles and vibro-SD piles. These smart piling solutions provide flexibility, efficiency and a solid floor structure for their new production hall.

For the redevelopment of Schalkwijk Centrum, we produced HEK screw piles with grout injection. We are making the foundations for the new business premises and office for TMA Logistics in the Western Docks area of Amsterdam, using HBF-type vibrated SD piles.

In Schagen, we are laying the foundations for lock-up garage units on behalf of PNO Projectontwikkeling. The project is in construction phase II, bringing the total number of lock-up garage units on this site to 102.

This year saw the creation of the foundations for an extension to Lely Innovations in Maassluis: vibrated piles and, on top of those, pre-cast foundation beams. Together, they will bear the weight of the new buildings for the Innovations team.

At the end of the summer of 2020, we started converting an existing production hall on the Koolhovenlaan in Schiphol-Rijk to a data centre.

On Van der Madeweg, at the Overamstel business park in Amsterdam, we are making Vibro-combi piles for the new DPG Media office building. Among other things, DPG Media is familiar from the AD, de Volkskrant, Trouw and het Parool newspapers, news website Nu.nl and Q-Music.

Koninklijke Saan currently has its head office and secondary business premises on the Weesperstraat in Diemen. The main offices were built more than forty years ago. The company's buildings are due for a thorough refurbishment. Moreover, the fact that operations are split between two sites is beginning to be problematic and the current location, in the immediate vicinity of residential areas, is not ideal.

The Lely Industries company is expanding substantially. This process involves building new offices and a production hall. The extension of the premises is on the site where the former production halls, dating back to the 1960s, once stood. The surface area covered is 33,000 square metres in total. 8,000 square metres of this will be devoted to office space.

On the Buitenroede in Avenhorn a children's’ centre will be opening in 2021, accommodating the Jozefschool, Overhaal and De Ieveling primary schools. It will also be home to the Berend Botje crèche. On 6 April, we drove the first of a total of 236 piles that will be used for the foundations.

We were commissioned by contractor J.M. Putter to install vibrated piles as part of the building of a new Roman Catholic primary school in Krommenie, Noord-Holland. To give the building sufficient foundation strength we need a length of 2.5 km, or 115 individual piles. They are installed with our Hitachi CX600GLS.

New business premises built from scratch in Waardenburg will be resting on a foundation of DPA screw piles. A length of around 2500 metres of this type of pile will be installed under this building's footprint. The advantage of this system is that it does not generate vibrations when the piles are inserted in the ground. So people in the immediate vicinity can continue with what they are doing, undisturbed, while we get our work done.

Have you seen us alongside the N213? We have been installing vibrated piles for our customer Verbakel Bouwbedrijf. The brand new, futuristic business premises is located in the corner of the Westerleeplein. It will house a production facility, office space and, above that, a glass roofing system, plus space for parking.

We are installing over 1000 vibrated piles and HEK grout-injection piles on behalf of the De Nijs - UBA vof consortium for the newbuild SugarCity Outlet Centre project in Halfweg. The building will have retail floor space of 18,000 m2, 1,000 m2 devoted to catering and hospitality, and will be built on the roof of a two-storey car park offering 1450 parking spaces.

We're back in Nijmegen! In 2013 we laid the foundations for the new workshop and showroom at Autobedrijf Frank Pluym. Now we're back to oversee an expansion to the business, covering maintenance and restoration of vintage cars.
